Requirements:-

Qualifications, skills and other requirements : A B-Tech Degree in Nature Conservation or equivalent qualification with five years’ experience on a Senior Management level or a combination of education and experience • A Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/ Management (NQF L8) will be an added advantage. Registered with any Environmental Professional Body will be an added advantage. Strong leadership and management practice • High level of understanding of the Environmental Management, Biodiversity and Conservation international, national and provincial treaties and legislations High level of communication, public speaking, negotiation, people management, strategic thinking and change management skills Commitment to transformation, stakeholder relations and accountability Good Corporate Governance, resource mobilization and performance management skills. Ability to recruit, develop and retain talent within the Biodiversity Conservation.
