Requirements:-
Qualifications, skills and other requirements : A Diploma/Degree at NQF L7 as recognised by SAQA in Human Resources Management / Public Management / Administration or an equivalent qualification coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Senior Management. A Post Graduate Qualification (NQF L8) will be an added advantage • Valid driver’s license Strong leadership and management practice High level of understanding of human resources, Legal and ICT legislations, policies and practices High level of communication, public speaking, negotiations, people management, strategic thinking and change management skills. Commitment to transformation, stakeholder relations and accountability Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the regulatory and policy framework for the Public Service. Compliance with the Public Finance Management Act and other government legislations.
